From 7:30–11:11 pm, we will move, breathe, and chant as One with yoga trance dance led by Shiva Rea with the KDZ: The Kripalu Drummers and local legend John de Kadt. We will flow into internal contemplation of the One through mystic poetry of the world’s spiritual traditions and our own individual and collective poem, leading into 108 rounds of mantra japa.  Individual and collective poetic contemplations with Shiva, John, HawaH and other The Poetry of Yoga authors as they read poems from the newly released book.
