Laura Berol

Laura Berol was originally drawn to The Poetry of Yoga project because of her interests in poetry and publishing. A year of volunteering with the project—during her spare time as a mother of three young boys—enriched her life in deeper ways, as she grew in her capacity to value her own experience and to treasure her connection to each living being. Laura is grateful to all the poets who shared their reflections with The Poetry of Yoga, thus allowing her (in a small way) into their hearts. She holds a PhD in English from Princeton University, and has been the first fellow devoted to this budding project.
